I am male 6 ft 3in tall 235 Lbs, 50 and am bodybuilder turned bellybuilder. Couple years back quit the weight machines and quit watching what i ate. Keep letting my belt out for my expanding waistline now have a big bulging belly.Till now would hold my gut in for pics ect but decided my belly bulge looks interesting plus my gut is now beyond the suck it in point.
